Chapter Five - Day Eleven

What a much better sleep.

The next morning, both were still there. They were up, already dressed and walking around the house, checking out everything. After Ronald got ready, they sat down on the sofa again to plan the day. Zoe and Maxiene didn't have to work today, so they could spend the day with her. This was a rather great idea, because Ronald didn't have much knowledge about the things he had on his list for today. She told them, that she wanted to go shopping for a bit jewelry.

Both watched her with a strange face, which didn't last very long and accepted it immediately.

They finally made up for leaving and were on the way to the shopping mall a few minutes later.

Arriving there, they didn't really last long searching for a jewelry store, because it was directly behind the entrance. Ronald got really nervous. The two girl's behavior was really strange. They were laughing and talking behind her back.

Soon, Ronald let them take over the control. She pleased them to find anything, that really matches her. They began searching the store. Finally, they returned with two earrings. They were chain-earrings. Ronald first resisted but finally put them on.

She really wondered why they chose a chain earring, so she asked them.

'Well,'Zoe answered' you know we were up much earlier than you, today. …. And as we checked out your house, we found a lot about a person called 'Ronald', so we searched on to get to know who you are.' Ronald swallowed, as Maxiene continued Zoe's sentence ' and as we searched, we also found your diary.' Ronald was shocked and confused at the same time. If they really found my diary, and they read what happened, how could they believe? 'We know this is hard for you 'Zoe continued ' and we are going to help you. We are also going to show you some secrets, but that'll have to wait a little time'.
Now Ronald was completely confused and disorientated. Did they know such things could happen? Are they doing it their selves? And what would they show me?

'The best way is just to accept what we just said and continue shopping' Maxiene suggested.

Ronald still couldn't believe ' So you know that I...'she began'..yeah, that you are Ronald.' Maxiene finished. 'And now you are going to try this' Zoe said, holding a necklace in her hand. It was one with a paw. Ronald really liked that.

This was enough shopping for today. Zoe and Maxiene suggested to return to the house.

They knew from the female Internet profile, Ronald had, so they suggested to complete it with a picture. Both  made compliments to her look, so that she finally accepted.

Returning home, Zoe put out a camera. Ronald posed in a quite normal pose for this shot. She didn't want any man to get aroused seeing the picture.

Zoe took the shot. It was perfect.

They uploaded it to the Internet profile.

Now everything but one from the today's list was missing.

A name.

Ronald won't do any longer.

They sat down onto some chairs in the lower part of the house.

First there were suggestions like Elisabeth or Courtney, but those didn't really hit Ronald's idea.

There were also some like Lora and Jane, but those sounded way too... Ronald didn't really know.

After a discussion of about two hours, which mainly consisted of thinking and silence, Zoe suggested 'Rebecca'. That was it. Such an easy name. It was just perfect. The decision was made.

Ronalds new name was Rebecca.

As it was late evening now, Zoe and Maxiene wanted to return home. Of course, Rebecca accepted that. She found friends. Real friends.

The list for today was ticked:

-Get jewelry

-Update the profile

-Find a name

What a remarkable coincidence.

As Rebecca went to bed, she remembered, that they also had a look on the laptop. That's where they must have gotten the plans.
